Section 1: Statement of purpose

Statuta Armorum is an affiliation of like-minded medievalist groups. The goal of this treaty is such to eliminate animosity between groups and foster cooperation and support between groups by giving guidelines for group interaction. This treaty may be a bridge and foundation upon which members of various groups can interact and function in more than one group and through the treaty various groups can hold events in common for the benefit of all the member groups while maintaining their own autonomy. The Statuta Armorum Treaty at a National level merely provides a forum for organizations so that groups remain independent while providing dissemination of information about weapons construction, armor requirements, and combat conventions research and historical trades for each member group. This in turn allows members from other groups to participate more easily in all member organizations.
Section 2: Vows of Honor
1- We the undersigned vow to uphold and honor this treaty
2- We the undersigned vow to recognize any and all honors, peerages, and or titles of signatories of this Treaty
3- We the undersigned vow to treat visitors from other kingdoms/organizations as guests and afford them all due deference that would be given a member of your own kingdom/organization and further agree to extend patience and support as we share our customs and regulations with our honored guests
4- We the undersigned agree to abide by all rules regulations and traditions when we attend events held by kingdoms/organizations that are signatories of this treaty
5- We the undersigned agree to abide by these terms and rules even if we find our kingdoms/organizations locked in the grip of war
6- We the undersigned agree to promote the history of the middle ages and should always conduct ourselves in a manor that will generate respect for ourslves and our fellow signatories.
Rights of Signatories and Procedures:
1- Each signatory group is entitled to assign One dignatary to represent their organization in the Round Table forum. Each dignatary is given one vote on any issues presented before the Table.
2- Signatory members shall elect a first chair whose sole distinction is to administer correct procedure among the signatory members of the Table, and may not vote outside of a tie.
3- Any dignatory is entitled to bring any item before the Table.
4- Any vote altering this treaty must recieve no less than 3/4 approval among all dignitaries to carry.
5- Proceedural items may carry with a simple majority of votes by the dignitaries.
6- Sanction of a signatory vote may be imposed by a 2/3 majority. Upon sanctioning, any and all privelages or rights for said group are suspended until removal of the sanction by a 2/3 majority.
7- Removal of a signatory group may be accomplished by unanimous vote of the Table.
